A wonderful big zoo. Easily reachable by car or bus. Train station is about +/- 5min away by bus. The animals have lots of space and there is a big variety of animals. Well worth a visit!
Planckendael is a beautiful place to spend the day with the family. There are plenty of play grounds for the kids and all information about the animals is also provided at eye-hight of kids and in kids language. We live 15 minutes from the park and have a year-round ticket to go walk there on Sunday mornings.

The park is huge, green and beautiful and kids love this place. Not only because of the animals, but also because of the plentitude of playgrounds. You can rent wagons for one or more kids at the entrance. There are a lot of shows and feedings ongoing during the day, so a bit of planning when you arrive is beneficial,... 更多
A very nice place to go with the children on a sunny day. Lot of animals, nice and structured presentation but a little bit untidy. Overall we had a good time. There are restaurants too and they are quite good. Our kids enjoyed the playgrounds too. Worth visiting.
This is a really great animal park for everyone! I can walk here all day long watching the animals, enjoying the sun and the nature. It's busy in the weekends and in the school holidays but on weekdays it's very calm in the park and you can enjoy a nice walk.
An animal park but one with a difference. This park has been totally upgraded and now has attractions to really challenge and excite children and adults alike. For those who like a challenge there are rope bridges high above the ground in the trees to move around - small children should be supervised but generally it is very safe. It... 更多
I more or less grew up in Planckendael, as my parents took me and my sisters frequently there. The park changed a lot over 30 years, but for the better. The animals are split up in continents, so you can 'travel' over the world during your visit. The park does a lot to inform young and old about nature; which... 更多
