Nice city with an interestimg Marktplatz, dedied to Ieronimus Van Aken,; The Bosch, one of the most important painters over the ages, 1450 - 1516. The square is nice, large and with interesting buildings and has a statue ofvthe Bosch in the middle. Itvis also interesting to walk by teh streets and see the cathedral, with beautiful statues, windows,...
The inside of this ancient stone building has been modernized. It's air conditioning is non-functioning. The clash of old facade and modern inside is shocking. The second floor would have the 'shop'. That was small and disappointing. The staff is very willing to tell you all about the city. Super!
Situated in one of the oldest building the VVV offers also a nice service with many useful info, some exihibitions and local delicacies and must go!

The tourist office is situated on a beautifull spot in the corner of the market place. The nice, restorated, brick building is one of the oldest in The Netherlands. Staff inside is helpfull, not pushing and patient wait till you pose your questions.
