If you're a comic book fan and might know the one or the other dutch comic; than that's the place to go in Groningen. The signs are written in Dutch, but they have a guide in english at the reception to give you the major explanations.
If you want to spend a lot of money to see comic books, which you can find in every comic book store, then just go theren, dont go there over 20 degrees, its warm inside. And 45 minutes later your out again...
Never thought that we would have so fun spending a couple hours in this museum. Everytime you see a comic that you have ever read when you're still a child, you will mumble, "ah, that time I was still in the 6th grade" etc. etc. It's childhood memory.
