Arosa is nice place to ski. Only 2 hours from Zurich. The Arosa area is connected to Lenzerheide area, which gives you plenty of slopes. I think this could be a good place to take my children 9 and 12. The slopes are from beginner level to challenging. I was not able to find any really difficult or extreme slopes.... 更多
We visited Arosa for the day travelling by train from Chur. We took the two stage cable car to the top of the Weisserhorn (8704ft) where there is a restaurant with fantastic panoramic views. The area has decent snow even when conditions elsewhere are bad, and some nice pistes. The gondola crossing to Lenzerheide is very nice, and the piste to do is the Rothorn with the gallery and some bits that go through territory that is completely unspoilt but for the one piste. There are enough eating places, several of them prices reasonable... 更多

The area offers everything, a quaint resort town with attractions on the lake a sports complex and village stores. The area is well connected by a free shuttle bus enabling to ride from one end of town up to the Praetschli destination within the ski area. We have been here before and I have to say that Arosa is really one of the better ski areas in Switzerland. The slopes and level of these are outstanding and the staff is ever so friendly.
