Wonder why people miss out on this place as this is one of the best places i have visited in Switzerland , breathtaking views , awesome trail .. but the Swiss Pass will give you only 25% off , rest you need to pay by bus , Train is not an option.
It's nice place to end your hiking day and go back by local bus. For example start from first go to bachalpsea (and faulhorn) and go down to bussalp. But you need good shoes, also poles are very recommended! If you have jungfrau regio pass, bus ride is for free.
Nice view to the mountain scenery around Grindelwald. Not to steep descend suitable for almost everyone. Take the opportunity to visit the view point just few hundred meters from the Restaurant. And please dtop by and enjoy local dishes. You can reach Bussalp by Post Bus services from Grindelwald.
Walked up from Grindelwald - half day hike, and totally worth it. Go prepared with picnic lunch, find a spot from a choice of plenty and you'll be very happy - weather dependent, of course.
We walked from Grindelwald 1000 meter up and back (20km, 7 hours). It has excellent views on the Eiger, Jungfrau and other mountains. Alternatively you can take the bus and walk more horizontal starting in Busalp or only walk-up or down. There are a few buses per day, but unless you can get a discount, these are extremely expensive. In Bussalp... 更多
We took the local bus up the pleasant drive to the high hills, used the cafe for a very reasonable coffee and cake before taking one of the way marked walks back to the village. What a great day.
The walk from Bussap to Bort was a highlight of our trip to Switzerland. From the mountain bus trip up, to the wildlife, mountain streams and meadows of wildflowers. Just loved it. And the walk to Bort was just long enough.
The bus ride to Bussalp is a great experience. The views on arrival are worth the effort. The café on arrival is welcoming with good food & friendly staff
In my opinion, majority of the first time visitors to Grindelwald know little about this glacier village; it is not just about its tourists packed Jungfraujoch. There are many hidden gems of nature's best awaiting your discoveries the next time you return. Although Gimmelwald, an Alpine village above the valley of Lauterbrunnen, frequently mentioned and rated over Grindelwald by Rick... 更多
A trip on the bus from Grindelwald (quite an experience in its own right) takes you to Bussalp where you're met with a memorable panorama across the valley and down to the distant village. Prices in the restaurant are high and they like you to eat or drink if you're sitting or you use their toilet. There is nothing else... 更多
