A few weeks have passed since I visited the museum and I still recall how amazing the place it. Well worth a visit. Well displayed and presented in a modern building. Take time to look at the artefacts some will surprise you. It is well laid out in a route through time.
This small museum can keep you occupied for hours if you want to learn about the original inhabitants, the Greeks, and the Romans who lived in Syracuse 2000 or so years ago.
