We absolutely loved our time at Buranco. When we arrived, we were greeted with glasses of the wine they produce on site as well as some fico (figs). Our apartment had wonderful privacy and the property has an amazing view. Sure, it's a short walk uphill from town, but escaping the busyness of the city is more than worth it.... 更多
Bags of charm but suffers from being at the top of a hill. A steep hill. In the Italian Cinque Terre region where the hills meet the sea - everywhere round here is hilly. Don't expect to drive there either - at some point you are going to have to tackle the hill on foot. We had been invited to... 更多
This is a wonderful respite from the tourist-laden bustle of the Cinque Terre. Agriturismos are known for their quintessential Italian hospitality and Agristurismo Buranco lives up to that reputation. As with all of Italy, you are in Italy, not America, not Pakistan, not China. Be patient and great wine, delicious bruschetta (complimentary with a wine purchase), and charming service will... 更多
A lovely place hidden away a little. We enjoyed some very nice wine while taking in the fabulous views of the vineyard, olive trees and lemon trees up the edge of the hill. Could have been improved by having someone tell us a bit more about the wine and the estate, but it was lovely and relaxing all the same.... 更多
Walking along one of the little laneways we saw an entrance to a winery. Needing a break we decided to enter. What came before us was a totally unexpected surprise. a hidden jewel just a short walk away from the town centre yet so beautiful with its vineyards and lemongroves. We took advantage of the tranquility and sat in the... 更多
This vineyard and associated accommodation is perfect; 300m above Monterosso al Mare and a very easy walk into town. Would recommend a visit to anyone whether it be to stay or just a glass of wine. We were two couples and had two nights in the apartment.
Despite only being 10 minutes walk from the town centre, this feels like you are in another world. Gone is the hustle and bustle of the crowd, gone are the hoards of tourists and gone is the thrum of the trains and cars. Instead these are replaced by the valley walls draped in vineyards and lemon trees. While the experience... 更多
We enjoyed a lovely afternoon. Mary showed us around the vineyard and then we had a lovely wine tasting. I would highly recommend if you want to get out of the hustle and bustle of the Cinque Terre.
The Buranco Wine tasting is a simple process. Come in the door - choose how many wines you want to sample and enjoy. They do not give you a huge talk about how they are made or their history. We did 4 wines (white, red, limoncino and the raisin desert wine) for 20 Euros. They will also bring out bread... 更多
First impressions were not good, it was poorly sign posted to the property and the car park. The only access was to park the car and walk about 750 metres down a winding, very narrow road to the house. That was fine, except when we reached the house, the host was sitting with a group of friends and totally ignored... 更多
