This review reports on two very different tours, only one, the bus tour, is available to the general public. The complete factory tour is only available to Ferrari owners with an invitation of their local Ferrari dealership. The tour offered to the general public is drive in a bus that looks at the outside of factory buildings and a lap... 更多
The tour I took was available only for Ferrari owners and suppliers so we got the full access. It is amazing to see how the cars are made and almost everything is done by hand. The only automation I saw was the windshield being put on. The factory was very clean and even had green spaces with trees and flowers... 更多
The museum is very good with lots to see and do, this bus tour however is not very good at all. You don't go inside the factory, just the streets around it, at the test track you basically sit inside the entrance while the guide talks but you don't see much of the track at all. Very poor.
We booked a special trip for my husband's birthday, at great expense (with hotels/transfers etc) when we arrived we were told it had been cancelled for a 'private party'. Ferrari only interested in people with money and not true fans of automotive engineering. Disgusting business behaviour.

As we crammed every seat full of the 30 seat bus, we started on the tour where our guide quickly explained that we were not allowed to take ANY pictures at... 更多
It would appear that we were on the standard tour which is open to the public (and which does require booking in advance - places are limited). As far as we can tell the tour of the inside of the factory is open only to customers of Ferrari or some such requirement. The minibus started outside the museum. The tour... 更多
Although the tour guides were really good, the overall experience was deeply disappointing. The fiorano track was also closed at the time I visited. I guess I was expecting a walking tour of the factory facilities like I had done at Porsche in Stuttgart, but sadly that was not meant to be. Save your money and keep it to the... 更多
Booked the Ferrari museum, factory tour and track tour months ago. Arrived at the museum showed our tickets were told where to get the bus for the tour and pointed in the direction of the start of the museum. So far, so good. The museum was good, interesting to see the range of cars and well laid out. We arrived... 更多
