We had a lovely couple of hours wandering around the park on my last day of visiting my girlfriend who lives in Rome. There is a great mix of open areas and wooded trails with hills to raise the heart rate. If you want an alternative to or running bike hire is available. There is plenty of birdlife and plant... 更多
Villa Ada is a beautiful natural reserve in the north part of Rome. It has many entrances and each side offers something different. There is a big lake on the north east side by via salaria and many running paths. I personally like going deep into the park for hiking rather than running. The hiking in villa Ada is actually... 更多
This is one of the biggest parks in Rome and more rustic and less touristy than Villa Borghese. There are many wooded paths in which to run, there's a small lake, and also some entertainment for children. You will also find a small cafe for lunch. In the summer they have outdoor concerts. It takes about 20 minutes from Termini... 更多
We went there for an orienteering event, run in and around the park quite a lot, it's beautiful. If the weather is nice, you can spend your whole day there.
This is a really massive park. I would say it is akin to the Hyde Park in London when it comes to size. It is a great place for relaxing from the city.
Want to get away from the madhouse of the tourist areas of Rome? Head to Villa Ada for a picnic. This park is a great way to enjoy a lovely afternoon in Rome. Just sit back, relax, read a book, people watch, or catch a nap under a shade tree. You will not find many, if any, tourists in the... 更多
Just by our Hotel and a really great place to run through or round each morning. Really good surface / trail. Plenty of friendly Roma runners to say Hi to. I have ran at lots of major cities and this location is up there.
I've always come to this park throughout my life; I used to live just down the road and it's such a quiet, beautiful, green space one can almost forget how close it is to the city center madness. Still, its even farther removed from the chaos than the Villa Borghese, and such a perfect escape. I've been fortunate enough to... 更多
We discovered this amazing park since it was just in front of our hotel. We decided to visit the same morning before we left Rome. What a lovely surprise to find a pond with turtles! The park is very big, peaceful and relaxing. You can completely forget you're in Rome, away from the hubbub and busy roads. There's also a... 更多
