We walked up today and it was worth every step. Easiest way to find it is through amalfi main square and follow tourist sighns. You'll find the start has a lot of stairs and it's all up hill from there. Sights back down to amalfi are amazing! We came across the organic farm, which sold and served fruit and veg... 更多
I found the ruins of the mills by accident, and they are quite something for the more adventurous of you. If you continue up the main road of Almafi into the canyon and keep walking up the paved street until the end (there is a private fence blocking the road) behind of which is a small cascade waterfall - then... 更多
If you like walking in nature alongside a mountainriver: this one is for you! If you're fascinated with old industry: this one is for you! The presence of old papermill ruins give this place a surreal feel. The walk itself isn't that long, but goes up. Nothing serious though. Let the pictures speak for themselves. My opinion: must-see!

If you ever travel to Italia to the Almafi coast you must see this attraction, so beautiful a must see along with Ravallo, Pasitano and just the road drive is an experience
I've been to Italy 7 times and this was truly a one of a kind experience! My husband and I loved every second of this hike- from the lemon trees to the organic market with delicious lemon slushed to the gorgeous ruins and waterfalls in the woods, we couldn't have been happier. The experience was so picturesque and lovely and... 更多
A good walk to do, to escape the crowds in Amalfi, and even in July, the river was flowing fast, with beautiful waterfalls. Quite a steep climb up, but worth it.
This walk goes up past some derelict paper mills into a valley with tumbling streams. It is hard to believe that this route never extends less than two miles from the bustling Amalfi town centre. Good paths with picnic sites at the sides of the streams. It is well worth continuing to Pontone (a further 35 minutes uphill) and then... 更多
