i love it up there but best way to see it as a tourist is to take cable car up and take a walk about yourself, dont carry food on you up here as the barbary macaques can get aggresive if you have food and don't get to close to them, but are amazing to watch, if you want to... 更多
Nice to see the macaques, they appear to be quite tame, but have a tendency to bite if you get too close. One of our group was bitten and required hospital treatment - no sympathy, serves him right!!
We were lucky enough to see some of these cheeky characters at the top cable car station, but when we walked down to the middle station and their den we were entertained by them clowning around, playing and even sitting on and grooming one of our party. There were plenty of babies around and their speed and agility was great... 更多
You get pretty close to these apes. So be aware of that when you go. They like to snatch things if they are nearby and well they are wild animals. That being said they are fun to watch and they often offer great photo opportunities
Great to actually see the Apes that we had heard so much about. We were able to get quite close, but were being cautious. It was interesting to see their agility and watch them eating.
The apes are wild, and must be respected. They move around and play in the bushes. It is possible to get a photo with them, as long as you allow them to sit near you.
Taxi guide gets the monkeys to jump on you (if you wish) for pictures - they are fed here and obviously well used to tourists - they are wild though so take care and don't have any food as you will be mobbed.
A monkeys' paradise, full of free living apes. Worth seeing, just don't count on playing with them (can be dangerous), and don't spend a lots of time there.
