It is a good walk from bottom near the harbour to the top - slightly up hill. It is wide and peasant under the trees and has a few pieces if sculpture. You will pass a nice park that is worth a visit but the ramblas was quiet in comparison to the ramblas in Madrid and Alicante, that may be...
This is a long, beautiful parkway with a shady, wide sidewalk running down the center of the median. Lots of strollers, bicyclists, baby strollers on a very graceful tree-lined street. It's a great place to spend time and simply relax.
It is a long Ramla with a steady climb from the harbor end. The tarmac is sadly neglected, but the houses either side are great to see and once you are past the Grand Mencey Hotel it gets even better with all sorts of attractions.
Beautiful views from this main thoroughfare with nice cafes and lovely parks. You can follow it and find the tram that will take you to La Laguna (Unesco site) where there are great cafes and shopping.
