We hired a car and drove to Masca from Adeje, what a beautiful area we stopped for lunch just outside Masca Village at a cafe hanging on the side of a cliff great food and great views. Be warned the roads are very narrow and twisting and 25 seater coaches use this road, they have to reverse to shunt themselves... 更多
I've been to Tenerife in 2013, but the trip to Masca is still in my head. The majestic view and the road to the village will be remembered forever.
This was the second experience we had of masca walk and both were absolutely amazing. This walk is not for the faint hearted. It will take at least 3 hours for the average walker and a reasonable level of agility and fitness is a must. Hiking boots advisable. While very enjoyable it is also up to the individual to assess if... 更多
There was nothing we could fault on this trip with Tenerife Tickets Excursiones - the guide was excellent and the driving superb. A beautiful area - do buy oranges and herbs from the old lady as you go down to the village - lovely and fresh. Also nice reasonably prices gifts in the area. A great value for money trip.
We were very grateful that we had a very good driver called Mateo that took us to Masca , as the road is pretty narrow , by moments you cannot fit two cars, we would not have wanted to be on a minibus. The place is perched on the mountains, and you can see the sea in the distance. There... 更多
If you ever stay in Tenerife you'll have to visit the Masca. I've been there by car and on guided tour by bus. Travelling by bus gives a lot more information than travelling by car. The bus stops here for a while, of course. It is just amazing and so beaatiful this place. Very few people live there now cause... 更多
As previously described, the roads are narrow and not for the faint hearted driver.Takes about one hour from Los Cristianos. We got there about 10am and there was plenty of parking spaces. At noon there was none and you would have to drive away without visiting the village.Popular with coach parties it would be very crowded later in the day I imagine. Crowds... 更多
We had a little trouble finding the right turn to enter the valley, but once there the views and the experience was really impressive. The valley and the drive over there are just beautiful. I don't recommend this to inexperienced drivers though - often the roads are too narrow for 2 vehicles to pass each other so you'll end up... 更多
The journey there and back isn't for the faint hearted! Very narrow and windy road, we met a coach enroute, rather a scarey experience. Well worth the journey, pretty village with amazing views to the coast and mountains. Good cafés and restaurants too.
We were quite early in the morning. Booked at the harbour in Los Gigantes a boat ticket back from the place where the walk ents to Los Gigantes for 8 EUR per person. Then the trip started: There is a 30 min taxi drive (23-25EUR) to Masca Valley, where the track starts. Equipped with good walking shoes, water, sandwich and... 更多
Great place for hikers. Even stopping by for a drink would be worth while visiting here. If you go there by car, you need to be careful as the parking space is so limited and police are around.
Do this walk. We took a taxi from Los Gigantes (23 euro). The road to Masca is not easy to do. Many, many bends... Take a bit time to see the village of Masca en do the hike (tip: on a certain place nearby a waterfall you have to go to the right). The hike is somewhat adventurous. But fit... 更多
We were staying in Puerto Santiago on the West Coast, so caught the local bus to Santiago del Teide, where we had a coffee and booked our return boat trip from Masca at the Masca Trekking office (€10 each). They also arranged a taxi for us to Masca which cost €10, and saved an hours wait for the next bus.... 更多
