This is a small quiet museum, very clean and well displayed but there are no translations. It would appeal to anyone who has an interest in archaeology. It is in the old town and I had a spare hour on a Sunday when the shops were all closed so it was pleasant.
Small museum and very nicely done. Worth a visit if you are interested in archeology. But no information in English, German, French etc. only in Spanish and Basque. So you have to be interested to get anything out of the visit witch takes approximately 30 minutes.
Small museum with some interesting artefacts. All info is in Spanish, but we were given a book in English (that we had to return) that clearly told you what you were looking at as you were going through the various rooms. nothing special to see and nothing in English so really not worth a visit. it is located right by the casco Viejo metro station and opposite the equally unimpressive bilbao/vasco museum. if you have the bilbao tourist card you get in free- so may want to spend a few minutes in here..
