It was a surprise to walk into this lovely church, which is quite worth visiting. It has a very interesting history, as it was built in the 16th-17th centuries. They sure did take time to complete massive structures in those days! The baroque style is unmistakable as soon as you set eyes on this beautiful church. Definitely worth a visit.

It is near the op of Albayzin and the plaza outside offers and excellent view of the Alhambra. Inside the church is small and modest but worth a visit. Like most places there is an English description and this church has seen its trouble over the years.
