This "whatchamacallit" has to seen but supposedly not ridden. Luckily we don't know German so we tried it and then we were informed it is for employees only. This is a good rule and you'll realize why once you try it. Does anyone have a casualty list? Don't miss touring the whole building. Good art, historical pictures, Kiel sailing posters... 更多
Beautiful construction outside and inside. The elevators are really cool to take a ride on. The square in front of it is big and has the Olympic Flame.
We happened open it while walking through town looking at the sights. The lobby is austere, but the art makes it well worth a look. The old fashion elevator is also quite interesting.
I attended a wedding at the Standesampt (Registry Office); the Town Hall (Rathaus) looked very olde worlde from the outside.
Read about this on Trip Advisor and had to find and ride it. Took pictures from one of the top floors. I bet in USA OSHA would have closed this down!
