We just discovered the gardens the day we were leaving. There is a stream and a lot of paths, a bridge over the stream, waterfalls, a green house (but we were too late to get in). Lots of people enjoy this garden, but because there are so many different paths (at different levels), one doesn't see that many of them.... 更多

We like to visit the Botanical Gardens in each city we visit. This one has lots of water and water plants. The Japanese garden is particularly nice. Even in very late October the garden still had plenty of vegetation to make the visit worthwhile. Would like to revisit in Summer. I was confused by other reviews on here that incorrectly... 更多
Spent a few hours in the garden/park on a Sunday and it was fantastic! They had a festival for kids to celebrate Oktoberfest but it wasn't overwhelming or hard to get away from if you desired. Bring a book and relax for a little bit!
Lots to see and many paths to explore in these diverse gardens, which are a lovely haven from the bustle of the city. Great photo opportunities, especially with Heinrich Hertz Tower forming such a contrasting backdrop. Easy to get to on foot or on the metro.
We came by this garden, by accident, and entered a beautiful and lovely place in the centre of Hamburg. Fascinating to walk around in this garden as there where plants and flowers all over.
