We took this bus tour in December. The audio on this tour is the entire reason for a bad review. If you speak German you will be fine. If not, I think this is the most irritating tour anywhere. I have taken a hop on hop off tour in every major city I've visited. Normally all the audio is through... 更多
Taking the Hip on Hip off tour bus is a great idea if you are visiting a city for a limited time. It will show you the important attractions and landmarks in the city while you have the opportunity to leave the bus and visit the attraction and then take the next bus.
Unless you speak German, it is impossible to hear any commentary. Although commentary is available in different languages, they play the German commentary loudly over the bus sound system, and this drowns out any commentary in other languages. This is even more puzzling as German is one of the choices of commentary amongst the 8 languages, so why does it... 更多
On Friday, September 9, my husband and I purchased tickets for 2 of the tours offered by Stadtrundfahart CitySightseeing. We paid €22 each for our tickets. The first part of the tour was just for the city. That was o.k. The second part was to Schloss Nymphenburg, Olympiapark and other sights. We disembarked at the Schloss, toured it and returned... 更多
We had a good time, using bus make easy for us to reach most important places in Munich, they provide 2 types of tour: 1. Tour 1-7 place: every 20 minutes crossing bus in each place. 2. Tour 1-12: some places bus crossing every 20 min & other more time. Tickets: - one day - two days 5€ only different... 更多
The English audio recording was of very poor quality. So much so as to be almost worthless. Also, the German audio is played throughout the bus, so the English can't be heard even through the head phones. The staff was efficient and professional. However, you should try the competitor if you don't speak German.
While this open top bus tour was not as good as others we have been on (maybe 10-15), it is still a good way to see the major sights in Munich. Most of the busses play the "tour" in German over loud speakers and it is difficult to hear any other language via the headset. However, you do get to... 更多
I arrived with a pamphlet for the blue bus not realising it was a different company, I had a terrible trip they where so rude!!! Don't use the red bus only the blue bus it's such better value more frequent busses and trust me better energy
Good to see everything in more or less 1 hour, but big problems if you don't speak English or German. The other languages are availables only with earphones, but is almost impossible to understand because of the noise, caused by the traffic.
I was in Munich for 4.5days. On my first day, I purchased a ticket to cover all lines and sat on the buses for 3 hours to make sure I saw everything there was. The audio was very informative but not too much and all the sites were covered. The only downfall was that the German audio was played on... 更多
