New museum built over a huge Roman home discovered when breaking ground for a high school in 1967. Excellent mosaics and models of Roman home(s). Outside walk the grounds. A mini-Pompei experience worth the time.
We visited today as part of a guided tour round Vienne on a river cruise. My heart sank when we stopped outside a dirty looking church and the guide began to talk. But as we entered, what a surprise!
