You can't miss this building due to the fantastic murals on its walls and it is a collection not to be missed if you are a Fernand Léger enthusiast. The whole place is light, airy and the collection beautifully hung, again within the respective periods. There are many exhibits, kids areas (who can have a go at creating casts). The... 更多
The grounds of the Fernand Leger museum are spacious, so are the rooms inside, so his very large and bright art pieces get their own space and can be appreciated. It is quite an excellent collection and the staff is very proud of their museum. Yes you can take photographs as well. the lunch spot which is on the grounds... 更多
This was my 2nd visit; my husband's 1st. When people ask him what his favorite things was during our 2 weeks in France, he says this museum. We were traveling with another couple, who are good friends of ours. They enjoyed it as much as my husband. We were walking through the garden, after our visit in the museum, to... 更多
From your first glimpse of the giant works adorning the outer walls of the museum, you will see wonder after wonder. There is an amazing collection of sculptures, and an interactive touchy exhibit that lets you get into Leger's process. Don't miss it.
This amazing museum is located in a marvelous park, in a quiet and pleasant place. It's a museum to be enjoyed inside and outside. Inside, Fernand Léger's paintings and artworks are very nicely exposed in a way that admiring them turns out to be a comfortable and pleasant experience. There are lots of information about the artist's life and work.... 更多
Our visit to the Fernand Leger museum was amazing. I hadn't realised that he was so prolific. The ceramics are fab, and all set out in a beautiful purpose built gallery. The outside mosaics are stunning, as are the stain glass windows. Will go again next time
It is very awkward to visit by bus.....they are infrequent and it is an uphill walk from the bus stop. The museum itself is delightful, with fabulous exterior artworks. The collection is very impressive and thoroughly enjoyed seeing the development of Legers work. A very kind lady gave us a lift back to the station. Getting to and fro is... 更多
The recently restored mural on the façade really sparkles in the sunlight. Kudos to this museum too for its informative “audioguide,” available in several languages, which places Fernand Léger in context with other artists and explains how he changed his style over the years. A buvette on the museum grounds is a quiet spot for lunch or a cool drink.
There is a bus No. 10 between the city centre and Musee Fernard Leger. Opened daily from 10:00 to 6:00pm except Tuesday. There is a unique collection of paintings, dravings and ceramics. The building of the museum has a huge mosaic.
