It is always fun to come to Colette. Not only fashion but lots of staff and gadgets...from arty magazines to latest music. Great to see also all kind of visitors and clients from all over the world. Restaurant downstairs. not to be missed if you are around saint honore
Yes it's a one of a kind store and chances are you will find goods that you find in many shops. But come on it's overpriced, overcrowded and most of all : you don't need these goodies but you'll buy them anyway (it's called marketing). Overrated

We've been to Paris loads of times, but never discovered Colette. What a treat! Full of wonderful high fashion - too expensive to buy but amazing to browse (and we weren't made to feel unwelcome either.) Made me feel old but I loved this store. I love anime and kawaii and fresh stuff and this place was really fun. Definitely for a young crowd...hip and a bit edgy. If i was 20 again and had some cash, I would take a look at the clothes but alas those days have passed.
Hard to review possibly the best boutique in the world, but its spectacular. They buy special and exotic items, dont expect your basic harrods lookbooks to be available, expect exotic skins, bright colors, and limited edition items. Even if youre not looking to buy, at least visit.
