One of those charming places hidden away in Paris, but to get the full flavour you really need to go on one of its market days, especially Saturday or Sunday morning. The market specialises in antiques, curiosities and unusual bric a bric; however, there are a few charming coffee places and bistros where you can have a meal. The market... 更多
Showing a friend around Paris on her first visit to France, I had to bring her to the Marais, and once we had seen Place des Vosges and Hotel de Sens, I figured Village St-Paul would be a good place to do some shopping and hopefully stop for rest and refreshment. Well, it being Sunday, the shops were close, but... 更多
This is a very old part of Paris. Its full of small quaint streets with hidden away cafes and antique shops. Some really interesting things to find. It's lovely to walk around and explore. While there make sure you visit St Paul's Church too.

Some friends told me that I needed to check out this "village" since they knew I liked antiques. I was very disappointed. It didn't look like any of the shops were even open and I visited after 12pm. Maybe I visited at the wrong time. The windows of the shops I saw with prices were expensive, probably since it is... 更多
I wish I hadn't come across this little slice of Paris on my last day and after I'd just had lunch! It's a lovely little spot, between the Seine and the Place des Vosges. So many tiny antique and arty/crafty shops but I timed it to arrive just as all the owners were sitting in their courtyards enjoying their lunch... 更多
