Arts & Crafts Museum
this is a small museum dedicated to the Cotswold 9 who started the movement in 1909. there is also a small area showing local craft work and a small shop.
When we arrived in Chipping Campden we saw the signs promoting this and decided at the last minute to pop in. A must for history/art and craft lovers, but in all honesty not my think, but very friendly and knowledgeable staff, a gift shop, nice building and well laid out museum.
Highly knowledgeable volunteer guides. Modern museum. It is small (basically two rooms) but really interesting. Some lovely things on sale in the shop.

Tells the story of the arts and crafts movement in Chipping Campden. An interesting mix of interpretation boards and artefacts. Well done, and handsomely presented, though not large. The objects are gorgeous.
Beautiful little museum telling the story of arts and crafts in Chipping Campden. Fascinating details of their lives and works with some wonderful examples of their craftsmanship (and crafts woman). The building and its conversion into a museum are both fascinating in their own right and the volunteers are welcoming and knowledgeable
If you are interested in the Arts & Crafts heritage of Chipping Campden, then it is well worth visiting. Beautiful items with informative displays.

There is an entry fee, but they have on display some art pieces and examples of local work that you cannot see anywhere else. (Plus they have exceptionally clean bathrooms!) During our visit, there were also members of a local guild who restore fine... 更多
