I have lived near this natural park for 23+ years and it has been a favourite of my children and now my grandchildren. The park remains unspoilt, in the main although the proximity of the JLR plant is visible in the view from one corner. Great place for meeting friends and having a good long walk around the park. You can see for miles at the top of the hill and there's also a lovely centuries old tree which sadly is dying off now. Only negatives I can think of are the noises you sometimes get from the Land Rover and the joggers who think... 更多
Always walk our dog here. Great for walking, running, cycling and for children. Plenty of things to see with the ducks and their is a children's play area. The only down side is that there are no toilet facilities.
summer autumn winter or spring, this "park" has everything. Superb views lakeside walks loads of wiidlife ,waterfowl etc. fairly extensive woodland both established & newly planted. Large area's of open grassland all in all Brilliant!!
A lovely open park with good flat paths. Also paths leading to trees and wooded area,s . Have an enjoyable stroll or a jog along. maybe have a picnic and spot the planes taking off and landing.(don't forget the binoculars)
Lovely area covering an amazing place to spend time with family walking on the lower park with play area and football pitches. Great to walk up the hill and take time seeing the beautiful Church and then enjoying the peace through the wooded area. You can spend several area experiencing different area and a variety of activities. Enjoy.
