Its a great park with a woodland walk but catch in May when the azaleas are in bloom and it transforms it. There is a stream that runs from a waterfallA Japanese bridge and pond feeds the stream. I visited here in summer 2015 with some friends, and it was lovely day! Beautiful trees, plants, waterfall...there's even a tree with a face carved in! Lovely spot for friends, family, solo travel, or walking the dog!
I live local to here and it's always nice just to walk around on your own, with friends/family and even the dog! It's very looked after - the flower beds are always gorgeous. And it's got a marvellous view over Swansea Bay from the top of the path. I like to call it the secret garden of Swansea :)
We decided to visit the gardens as they looked interesting and were free. What a treat they were, everything from Japanese and Italian bridge, water fall and stream which runs down the hill, lots of different flower beds dotted around and really well looked after, bluebell wood and bog and Azalea gardens, wild flower meadow and lots of different routes... 更多
