We stayed in Leeds by the train station and got the Yorkshire Tiger shuttle bus to the ODI on 1st Sept. Our seats were easy to find, there were drink and food outlets nearby and toilets, too. What more could you ask? We won the match, too! But it was close. Cons: The shuttle bus charges £2 each way (we... 更多
My first visit to watch the cricket and I wasn't disappointed. What a great place to watch a 20/20 match. The ground itself is well placed, good views all around the ground with easy access to the bars, food and toilets. Staff were friendly and the game itself was great. Will be returning in the future.
Watched the Eng vs Sri Lanka test match here on the Friday in May 2016. Sat happily in the sun drinking plastic carafe's of red wine from the bar. Happy days. Great stadium and facilities, very easily accessible from the city centre.
The Headingley Carnegie Cricket Ground is located about 30 minutes driver out of Leeds. I had to collect my tickets on the first day - no problem and the directions were clear and staff was excellent - very helpful and patient and friendly, a wonderful atmosphere I always love coming to Headingley.
Two of us attended the Yorkshire Vikings v Northamptonshire Steelbacks 20 / 20 match. My first time at a 20 / 20, so we thought we'd treat ourselves to decent seats, a meal and drinks. The price for each ticket for this package was approximately £140. We arrived on time (17:30), outside the ground was very busy, although we were... 更多
The home of Yorkshire Cricket is in the Leeds suburb of Headingley. The ground itself is about to undergo a period of redevelopment. The current facilities are good, but when the new stand is built, should be first rate. The only downside is that parking is not very good, and the roads become jammed after any type of event.
Easy to collect tickets, order tickets online for home delivery or purchase them on the gate. Plenty of seating and you feel very close to the action. Nice selection of food trucks and very friendly, knowledgable staff.
Access was easy for the Friday night 20/20 game we went to watch. Seats are comfy and the view good. No bother while we were there. Plenty of exits so it never feels that crowed.
Always fancied going to a proffessional cricket match so me and my son visited Headingley for a T20 match between Yorkshire Vikings and Durham Jets. I bought tickets in advance £18 & £10 respectively, with a small early bird discount. Though you could purchase tickets on the day. There was plenty of off street parking close by that we used.... 更多
Attending an evening T20 match - plenty of food and drink available. Good stewarding. Good facilities. Great atmosphere. Worth a visit - even if you are not a confirmed cricket fan.
