Wonderful small museum close to Cathedral. My grandchildren were enthralled from start to finish from Roman Centurions to Space Travel all in a matter of a couple of hours. Well worth a visit.
Took my niece and nephew here to the Tim Peake exhibition and thoroughly enjoyed it, really well presented and interesting and a fun way to learn for children. Well worth a visit and take a look at the other rooms at the same time as also really interesting....and was free!
The Tim Peake Exhibition is well worth a visit. It is very informative and the fun and easy to understand presentation makes it suitable for both children and adults. Excellent!
I visited the Novium in the morning. The reception area had the usual well stocked gifts shop along with a small coffee shop. On the ground floor was an exhibition of roman items and remains. The second floor was an exhibition of the Tim Peake exploration into space. This was well presented and took me over an hour to view... 更多

The kids were gripped from the minute we got in! We thought we wouldn't be there for long but 2 hours later, we left for... 更多
Took 3 generations of my family there and was pleased to find something to spark the interest of everyone. My kids (14 and 6) liked the Tim Peake exhibition and my 6yr old particularly enjoyed the talk on how they turn wee into water in space. My parents particularly enjoyed the exhibits that directly related to the history of Chichester.... 更多
This is a great little museum to visit for an hour or so. We went during the half term so it was quite busy, if you can, visit during term time! There's some remains of a Roman bath house and Roman artefacts on the ground floor. The second floor is about the local history with some interesting artefacts and activities... 更多
One of Chichester's appeals is that it's a wonderful place to visit. It's compact and layered with a treasure trove of history. Archaeology and history buffs can find a lot of satisfaction in the Novium, for example. It is helping preserve the evidence of 3rd century A.D Romans here. That is when they built it, complete with city walls, an... 更多
