The station is in a really lovely old building and the architecture is quite splendid. Only a small station with two platforms. Parking charges horrendous. Drop off for the station extremely limited and always congested. The new entry and exit barriers to and from the platforms causing congestion and mayhem - installed in the foyer that is simply not big... 更多
Its a typical train station. Train staff are friendly and accomodating. Its best to collect your prebooked tickets during non peak hours as the queue at the Virgin counters tend to stretch on end, especially during the weekend. What can you say about a railway station? Stoke station is not too bad as stations go. The buffet area could do with a facelift it looks very worn. The gent toilets are very clean and the platforms look as they are cleaned at regular times.
