I had always assumed that this was a small Church in the style of other old churches in the City. Freshly made food by voluntary workers at a pittance, on a viewing platform entered from the Shambles, with a jumble sale outside with seating. It's so vintage and on most days, unlike Harrogates Methodist hall which is Saturday. Love it

Went in for the first time today - how lovely to go somewhere with character that won't charge a tenner for coffee and cake. I was served by a 70 year old trainee! Will be back again soon!
At the bottom of the Shambles lies this little gem. Outside, you see a a few stalls selling bits & bobs for charity: one stall has everything priced at 50p whilst others were a tad more.
