A great, clean park with a 'beach' and a paddling pool, what a pleasure to sit with an ice cream and watch families playing ball games and making sand castles. A pity two couples thought it was ok for their dogs to be off their leads then to have to apologise to everyone for the mayhem caused by the dog... 更多
We walk through Bishops Park from Putney Bridge on the way to Fulham football clubs home games at Craven Cottage. It has a pleasant Riverside walk, a skateboard section walled garden, a lake and some nice flora arrangements.. Fulham Palace is nearby. There are some food stalls but are not sure if they are only hear on match days.
If you are on the go with young children and are in the vicinity of Putney Bridge in Fulham, this is a great place for a family outing. In addition to a beautiful walk along the Thames River, there is a large playground with a variety of swings, climbing equipment and other such structures. There is also a very large... 更多
I have walked in Bishop's park many a time. It has a little something for everyone!! I personally love the walled garden, and watching the changing of the seasons of the flora inside the garden, I also love the little wooded track around the walled garden, you could be forgiven for forgetting you're in London. Also on a side note... 更多
Went to Fulham Palace and walked through to Bishops Park, Lake with fountain, bridge, ducks etc. It was a lovely warm sunny day when we went which obviously helps, my girls loved the playground, which i think there are two, as one is for toddlers and the water play area, lots to do, especially if you go prepared, we didn't... 更多
As visitLondon well describes this place, the park is one of the Top 50 Hidden Gems around London. Very well preserved, peacefully located next to the river. Counts on many food Stalls, lakes, gardens, pathways, children playgrounds, bridges, etc to discover around. Good fun and good family activity for a different weekend. Counts on a Palace right in the middle... 更多
This is a pretty park to walk, jog or just hang out with family and friends. We were here on Sunday, so it was great to enjoy the markets for bite to eat as well.
The park is beautiful while being used almost constantly. I loved people watching, walking and taking pictures to cherish long after I am gone from this place.
Although the area is full of expats, this park is truly quaint and truly English. I always enjoy a nice stroll through the park and you can even see the Thames (upstream). Very family-oriented and a perfect place to spend a sunny afternoon.
