We were in London and were crossing the Westminster Bridge. We found this statue at the end of the bridge. It is a very busy area with traffic, so it is difficult to get a nice view of the very detailed statue. The statue represents a queen of a Celtic tribe that led an uprising to the Romans.
The Boadicea Monument is situated at the end of Westminster Bridge, almost opposite Big Ben. What a sight when you disembark from the Thames Clipper. Right next to you is this magnificent work of art which captures Boadicea's might and charisma. If you frame the photo of it well, you get Big Ben in the picture too. Just about one of the best shots of Westminster you could take.

My earlier review gives more information. The siting of it is inspired, where Westminster Bridge meets Victoria Embankment close to the centre of... 更多
