This is a great little place to unwind, near the attractions on the south side of the Thames but just a bit off the beaten track. Great little shops and places to eat.
This are is filled with local vendors and restaurants. We stopped by here during our river walk and enjoyed the shops and had a beer in the cute central area. This place is pretty and is relaxing. Would recommend if you are in the area and need a break from walking.
Worth spending a couple of hours browsing the shops...especially the Art Gallery. We ate at Gourmet Pizza which has views over the river. Will be back to Gabriels Wharf again.
I went to the Wharf on 20th May I was on my own and wanted to people watch and have a great view. I had a fabulous experience there as far as the view and the wonderful waitress. This is on the banks of the river Thames and is a quite haven from the hustle as nd bustle of tourist London. Popped in on a whim as passing by. Excellent service and well priced food.. Noticed a few moaners on here wanting to pay primark prices for Prada products... If you want posh go to the oxo!
