The Guildhall is a must-see for anyone interested in ancient buildings. It easy to be taken back in time while there and it's gratifying to know that some things are worth preserving.

The Leicester Guildhall is a fascinating medieval time-capsule, full of interesting architectural details at every turn. You get a delightful shiver at the thought that you are walking in the footsteps of people who worked there 500 years before you. A lovely place for an afternoon's visit.
