Been here three times. It's a lovely threatre with a great restaurant that's serves a good selection of food before shows. The threatre is clean with friendly, polite and helpful staff. Would highly recommend anyone to go and watch a dhow here.
Modern theatre with comfortable seating, and good views from all but a fraction of the auditorium; good acoustics. Good ventilation, so not too hot nor stuffy.
I have been to the Marlow on half a dozen occasions. The productions have always been first class. Unfortunately, if you are forced by budget or by late booking to buy one of the less costly seats at the rear of the theatre, be prepared to have an uncomfortable evening. We were walking along the river Stour on a winter's day when we came upon this modern theatre opened in 2011,with a statue of a muse outside and effigies of Christopher Marlowe's plays. He is said to have had a great influence on Shakespeare though he was murdered as a young man.We saw the posters advertising West End musicals, opera and stand... 更多
Marlowe is very good, however this production got lost in the sound quality. The girls were very good. Why they had a drummer who was too loud when abba never had one in their line up, you could not hear the guitarist playing or singing. It is a show i will not go and see again. Not the marlowes fault.

The show was excellent. The only problem we had (and this could be an issue for others also) was on exiting the venue. Everyone from the... 更多

I'm surprised to read that people find the seats comfortable. I am of average build and height and find the seats extremely uncomfortable and struggle to fit my legs... 更多
