Large car park with disabled spaces this attraction is badly organised, entrance to the tea room, museum and shop are common and the crowds mix making it difficult to get into the museum if you are in a wheelchair, there are places where it is not possible to follow the passage to the museum without somebody in the tea room... 更多
The museum was very interesting and Iearnt a lot about the history of the company. We had a lovely lunch in the tea room which was served in minutes! We then had a wander around the shop. The choice of jams and products was very good so it took a while to choose! I thought the prices of the jams... 更多
We visited the tea room, shop and museum. Selection of jams in the factory shop is amazing. I have never seen so many types in one place, worth trying some new. Museum is nicely done, smaller but very informative with a short video of the factory/history. Restaurant serves a good range of food, cakes and cream teas.
Excellent cream teas and lunches served. Good value for money and the Jam Museum was so interesting. You can buy all of the products made by them - I chose the Salted caramel spread. Delicious.
The cafe was nice and scones wonderful good service. The little museum is very interesting along with the shop obviously selling all their products this is a delightful way to spend a couple of hours if you are in the area.
Jam is one of those quirky things that seems to be particularly British, and finding a musem dedicated to it had to be followed up. The museum is free (always a bonus!) and has a good range of informatin about how the company has developed and continues to develop. We took advantage of a tea and cake whilst we were... 更多
Family visit of 5 went for the cream tea but we were enticed by the home made fayre And we were so glad we were. The quiche was defined and the portion larger than expected- the same goes for the steak pie that seemed to house a whole cow we all agreed that it would be rude to leave without... 更多
This is simply one of the best tea rooms you will have the pleasure of visiting! It is more than just great fresh cakes and scones! It also does amazing cooked food and a great cooked breakfast! The jam is simply the best in the world! I love this place and would recommend everyone play it a visit!
We had a really enjoyable afternoon here. My boyfriend and I spent a couple of hours wandering around the shop, which sells all varieties of tiptree preserves and local products. We then enjoyed a pot of tea, a brie sandwich with goosebury chutney and a slice of millionaires shortbread before heading to the museum. The food in the cafe was... 更多
