This is a cute theatre that is not too big but very cosy and shows a variety of local shows both professional and amateur dramatic. I've been to a number of performances at the Stables over the past 15 or so years. Most recently I saw a hilarious performance of 'Jeeves and Wooster: Perfect Nonsense', with a cast of just three playing all the parts, which had the audience in stitches. Great production, costumes and acting. we were impressed about how profeshional the play was delivered. A gem within Hastings Bar prices very reasonable £3.00 for a small bottle of wine, but no plastic cups to be able to take your wine into the performance All round a good evening.
