Have memories of this years ago and to see it now its a great shame. Not only is it derelict it spoils the sea front. It used to be full of shops but now it all boarded up.
Excellent building but sadly has been closed for at least the last three years. Used to be a super place with small shops and in a great place. Hopefully the council will renovate it soon

The pavilion was a very nice place, but really empty, only a couple pf expensive shops....Still there was a nice one selling leather bags and handbags with reasonable prices...there is better shopping in the town center. But the area and the building was beautiful.
Very nice area to wander around, though rather overtaken with seemingly poorly supervised foreign students during the evening, who were disrespectful to the well maintained grassy areas and lovely flowerbeds.
The place is shut.there is plans to have it refurbished,or rather taken down.Plans are for a information centre ,plus a hotel. The place at the moment is a eyesore. Money has been spent on the front, and if this plan goes ahead it will be great.
