Nothing to dislike, a great museum giving an interesting picture over the last couple of centuries. An interesting exhibition of clothing and some very interesting old paintings are also displayed plus a copy of Humphrey Reptons red book are here for you to enjoy.
Its a small museum, with great groumds & park for kids.also a nice walk. I like these grounds as they are suitable for families, couples and dog walker's. Been going for there for over 40 year's.
The museum is like trip to the pass. It is small but with very interesting things, such as dress from 18th century. The people are very nice and helpful.
A lovely day out, lots of pretty walks, a small castle, a museum and all free! The lovely Blaise Hamlet is just 5 minutes away and well worth a look. Free plenty
