The falls are really quite a gem and the park area is great for walking trails and great picture opportunities. There are lots of places to veer off the trail and go for a swim and of course the main areas where families, couples and people of all ages will lay on the rocks and cool off on summer days.... 更多
This is a must st see site near Coombs which we do every time we come to the area. To make a circuit from the parking lot to the bridge at the upper Falls around to the lower bridge takes about 45 min. We went on a day after a lot of rain so the path was mucky but still... 更多
I have been to these falls several times and it just never gets old. So pristine, so natural and unbelievably beautiful. The springtime is the best because the power of the water flowing is breathtaking. It comes off the mountains and finds its way into the falls, crashing against the rocks with force and power. In the summer, a great... 更多
Its a great place to go for a nice hike. Best to go in the spring if possible when the snow is starting to melt and the flows are very impressive.
On our way back from the west coast, we decided to pull in and explore this park. As we were pressed for time, we only hiked part of the trail along the river. What a great surprise to hear the roar of the water and then discover the sets of waterfalls. As mentioned the paths are well kept but can... 更多
The falls were good but keep the little part of the name in mind. Hike was rather steep and onerous, but well maintained. River was out of a picture and great to observe. Area was good for families and moving past groups.
When I heard falls at the park I wasn't expecting a big water fall but something a bit smaller. It was worth he hike to check it out, a great place for geocaching too!
Although the weather was not the best, this was still a great hike with beautiful waterfalls all along the way. It is not handicapped accessible unfortunately as the hike is a very pleasant, scenic one. There are some steep inclines/declines with steps built in in many spots.
The hike to the upper and lower falls is worth your time. Path is well maintained and easy to walk on. The upper falls were our favourite and you can walk a loop to see both the upper and lower falls. There are stairs and some inclines but you would not need hiking shoes for this hike.
