After walking along the beach on a cold windy Saturday morning with the dogs decided to visit the cafe to get warm and get something to eat and drink. Place was busy as there was a folk group performing, and we were lucky to find a table and even luckier to see that the "Specials on the board" included fish... 更多

This restaurant has an amazing view and it makes the most of it. Friendly staff and a good place to meet friends and for business meetings. Good little gift shop with a selection of unusual gifts. The museum is worth visiting too.

After walking - on Boxing Day 2015 - on an extremely windy, cold day we were delighted to see the centre open and in particular the cafe. We received a warm welcome and a hot cup of coffee - much needed. Enjoyed looking around the centre and current art exhibition.

Having a bit of spare time just popped in for a quick drink. But had a soup as well. What can I say but wow!! This place must be what everyone dreams about. With views to die for binoculars provided by cafe. Wish I could go again...it looks like it's well supported by the locals and what a assets...
A very good local museum that fills what has, in the past, been a serious gap in the town. Newbiggin has a fascinating history and deserves it's story to be told. As an exiled Newbiggin native, I found the displays very nostalgic and, particularly the audio-visual presentation, extremely emotive, but it does concentrate, quite rightly, on the fishing side of... 更多

This is a small centre in a lovely building. The exhibition is well displayed and gives a great insight into the local community and the brave volunteers. The cafe in the centre is nicely arranged and provides good food and drink.

Loads of interesting things to see and do and also a very nice cafe in the attraction. Prices reasonable. When the visit is finished there is a very nice promenade to walk on which is totally flat.
