We stopped to Seacow Head Lighthouse with our puppy, Freya. We walked along the red cliffs in both directions and enjoyed the stunning views. You even get a great view of the Confederation Bridge. There were a bunch of local teenagers swimming here while we visited. We did not try it out but it looked fun!
I come back time and time again and the beauty takes my breath away each and every time! Sunrise, sunset, low tide and high tide this is the spot to be! Bring your bathing suits and water shoes and jump into the caves below. Use extreme caution while sightseeing!
The drive to this lighthouse isn't that far from the Confederation Bridge. The drive is really scenic and has little to no traffic. The lighthouse is really old and beautiful. You have a great view of the Confederation Bridge and the Northumberland Strait from here. The red earth cliffs are just gorgeous. This lighthouse is worth a visit.
This lighthouse is perched high above the Northumberland Strait with very picturesque red sandstone cliffs below. It offers great views of the Strait and the Confederation Bridge for those that love such photos. This was my favorite lighthouse that we visited. So many views of the water, cliffs, confederation bridge. Note for photo taking. walk a bit back to get the cliff in your pic!
