The museum is located inside the downtown police station and is free. They do have a container at the entrance asking for donations to maintain it. The gift shop there is excellent and has many items that kids would like!!
This was free to have a look round. There wasn't anyone else there when we went. Some of the exhibits had fallen over and blocked the descriptions. There are some interesting cases displayed. Very good exhibition overall. The shop in the foyer had very friendly staff.
Free activity (donation suggested). This museum was probably designed in the 1980s or beginning of the 1990s and it seems that it hasn't really been updated since. Little boys will enjoy seeing the police car and motorcycle. It's a fun activity to do if you have kids and happen to be in the area. Having known, we wouldn't have gone... 更多

This was an awesome place to visit. History of Police in Toronto probably is same as other cities. Imagine, the Car caused to early rise of the Force, from Traffic to getting to the crime scene. From Traffic control to the rise of Investigative procedures and the amount of due diligence Police do Get It Right - Impressive!

It is well worth 30 mins to an hour to see a history of the Toronto Police department, including uniforms, equipment and details of some famous local crimes. The curator even... 更多

The museum traces the history of the Toronto Police Force and since 1958 when it merged with 13 other regional police forces. to form the Toronto Metropolitan Police. God coverage of the almost 200 year history of the Force. Women were part of the Force early on and achieved equal pay decades ago. Something I was surprised and pleased to... 更多
