We held a wedding shower here today. The owners were extremely helpful and accommodating from our very first conversation to the actual event today. The setting is delightful, in the Glenhyrst Gardens. The tea room itself is located in the original conservatory of the Mansion. The tables are set with lace and linens, the china and tea cups were lovely.... 更多
Feel like a peaceful walk amid flowers and beautifully cared for bushes. Go into the gallery and see what is there to be shared. It's a beautiful place to take photos and a great setting for wedding pictures. Visit Glenhyrst, enjoy nature at its best.
What a great place to take pictures for a wedding. This past Friday it was raining on and off... the temperature was 32 Celsius with a humidity of 40. During the picture times it stopped raining and the Glenhyrst tea room offered us to take pictures inside if it started raining plus they offered any of the guest to come... 更多
Both my Brantford granddaughters have spent time at the summer camp. This year it's the younger one and she had a lot of fun today. Also, the grounds are beautiful, so Kudos to Brantford City for their flower garden designs. It's a lovely place for a stroll, and you can also join the walking trail from here.
Visiting friends in Brantford, we decided to go to a 1:30 p.m. high tea. What a terrific experience and a nice place to just relax and enjoy many eats and lovely desserts. Don't let the portions fool you. With the sandwiches, scones and desserts it was a very filling meal. There were so many teas to choose from and having... 更多
My sister and I came for my mother's birthday. It has beautiful grounds. The lady who did our tea was absolutely amazing. She was super kind and showed my sister and mom the basics of afternoon tea because they had never been before. The food was adorable, little, but filling. A great place for a girls' day, birthday, etc. Try... 更多
We had a wonderful time exploring the grounds, the plants and sculptures in the gardens, and then the art inside the gallery. I would like to return for high tea, but you should make reservations. That part can be a little pricey: the rest is by donation, suggested to be $5.
Visited several times with clients from work. Winter scenes are amazing. Our cliental are deaf/blind they can move around easily and the lights are very well lite up that some can make out the designs even. They enjoy the brightness. In warmer months the flowers are amazing also. Relaxing place to visit
