Always a great way to spend a few hours with family and friends. A broad range of fans all in good spirits and looking for a bit of excitement. Good food and music and a wide open space. A variety of spots to watch the races and opportunities to get close to the beautiful horses. Fun for young and old... 更多
attended a special event so we got outside area private seating - it's all a bit run down and 'gambly' - parking is a challenge. If you like betting on horses it's all a little confusing! Friendly staff.
Public Transportaion . Found it a long walk for seniors and parking way to expensive. Stopped in at the casino .. Couldn't spend to much as parking was $12.
We had a group of 7 to celebrate a birthday. All attendees were adults. We watched the races and bets are as low as $2.00 If someone got bored, they played the slots. It was like musical chairs with the box (seats six), but it worked wonderfully. Service in the box was fantastic - drinks and appetizers. Under cover .... 更多
A day at the races complete with buffet brunch is so much fun! Whether you bet big or small,Mir not at all, it's a unique excursion for a family or friends outing. Watching the horses never gets old.
There is a free shuttlebus direct to the Racecourse every 30 minutes from Renfrew Skytrain station, a quick way to get there from downtown Vancouver. Yes Vancouver also has a Racecourse!! and believe it or not the food in there is good!! Give it a try with the money you are gonna make betting to the ponny Or in the CASINO, yes there is also a Casino, not very big, not very special but a Casino at last!! If a Sunday you wake up and... 更多
Living a few minutes away from the home of racing (Newmarket) a visit to Hastings Park was an experience. It was free. No bookmakers only a tote system. This detracts from the atmosphere in my opinion. The meeting was not well attended but people seemed to be having fun. The track is adjacent to the Pacific Coliseum & the PNE.
Hastings Park Racecourse is located within the Pacific National Exhibition (PNE) grounds and is about 2.5 miles east of the downtown business core. One can wager as little as a few dollars and playing the slots (one arm bandits) is just a few steps away. For those who enjoy feeding their faces a buffet is also available. Pay parking is... 更多
We went to Hastings race as part of our trip to Canada as it is something we love to do back home in the UK. The track is dated and a little run down but we were there to enjoy the races and that was fun! The parade ring and winners circle is in good condition and the best part... 更多
