I had the opportunity to stay with Greg for just under a week. Being from Alberta, I was blown away by the breath taking view. The snow crest mountains, ocean view, wildlife and all-around-nature. If you like nature at its best and remoteness of cabin in a cove, this should be on your to-do list. Greg has been a tour...
For me this Trip has been once again Awesome. We have seen Grizzly's we have seen incredible scenery .The Camp was simple but clean just the way we like it. Its a true Wilderness Adventure. Greg is a great Cook and Guide. I will be back again.
We spent three days/two nights at Palmerville. The scenery is beautiful, the bears were lovely, and Greg is a pleasant guy. The setup with the float is very nice and special. However, the lodge is not at all as described on his website. There are no cabins, but two wall tents with bunk beds for several people plus a "bedroom"...
Very quiet and removed from other tourists. There were a few other tour operators but we were able to find our own private areas to explore in the surrounding vicinity.
Great food. Best red snapper I've ever had! Fresh from the ocean.
Rustic, cool experience camping out on a floating lodge.
