This is a beautiful natural park right next to the city on the bend of the south Saskatchewan River. It has paved and gravel trails and some are quite long. As a local we usually go hear as a family nearly every week. It's wonderful that such a beautiful. And diverse park is right in the city. Enjoy strolling the miles of trails, or walk down and enjoy the River Valley. We can spend hours here just walking and enjoying. Been here many times over the years and always find a new place to stroll or take photos.
You really want to go here first thing in the morning around sunrise. This is when the birds are most active. One people start showing up with their dogs, the birds tend to go disappear for the day. I think the park is a on leash area, but I do run into people who let their dogs run loose! Just... 更多
Love the walking paths winding through the park, can walk by the river or through arches of trees. Great for biking with kids and checking out the Storywalk when you need to get away from the city life without going far!
