We visited Plaza Mijares on a weekday morning at around 10 a.m. so it was very quiet. There was a woman making food and we wished we had not already eaten breakfast, because it smelled amazing! She was making breakfast at a small cart for the locals. The plaza is beautiful and clean. It is in the middle of the... 更多
Plaza Mijares is the ideal place to meet friends in San Jose del Cabo. It's easy to find (look for the huge national flag); it's fun for the children or grandchildren (there are playful water fountains), and there's even a bit of history as you read about the men and women who were instrumental in settling the area. (Hint: one... 更多
You can't visit San Jose without spending some time in this lovely square. It is lively most days except Sunday, and most every evening. On Thursday evening both the adjoining art district and the square itself feature an 'Art Walk'--not to be missed. Their is a large gazebo worth climbing, and an historically and architecturally interesting old mission church at... 更多
This is a charming little area and a great place to spend a morning or afternoon. Plenty of places to shop, smoke a cigar or grab a drank. Did not eat here but sure there are decent places for lunch. Many of the shops sell the exact same items so keep that in mind if you feel deja vu. These... 更多
Come to this place on Thursday nights for the Art Walk. That's the best time to go. It's cooled off for the day, it has lots of music, and art displays to see. Don't be afraid to walk down different streets. It's really amazing. Each piece of art is different and beautiful in it's own way. I think it is... 更多
We visited during the Thursday night art walk. The was an outdoor flea market on the plaza along with food vendors. Very interesting but swamped with Gringos.
Great meeting spot for groups who choose to go different directions for shopping/eating/walking about. Many different shops in the area and a really peaceful place where there always seems to be something going on for visitors.
This is the best place to experience the real Old Mexico in Los Cabos. The Plaza & church area is still preserved & largely unchanged unlike most of Cabo. Most family and artistic friendly area without all the heavy tourist development & partying in Cabo San Lucas.
