Paradise Reef....A popular 2nd dive shallow reef that teams with life. Expect to see Eagle Rays, Toadfish, Lobster and octopus. This site really comes alive at night. Octopus are numerous at night as well as King Crab. Paradise Reef is also a site where you can find Gray Angelfish stacked up on mass feeding in the turtle grass. When all... 更多
This is the perfect spot for a nice, easy night dive. Lots of nocturnal see life and coral formations. Totally one of the best dives we have enjoyed.
This reef is typically done in the afternoon. It is a shallow dive, about 40 feet. Lots to see during the day but at night it comes alive. Octopuss, king crab, snakes, eels and more. Listen to the splinded toad fish croak, you can even feel the vibration from it if close enough. If you have been wanting to try... 更多
If you need a reef for your second dive this is a good shallow dive and certainly shallow enough for snorkeling most coral is 10-30 under the surface. We saw an eagle ray, one of the most amazing creatures in the ocean.
Seems like you will never run out of air. We were down over an hour wdith rays and fish everywhere. This is perfect for the second dive of the day.
This reef is in the 40' range, so not a very deep reef, and not as impressive as Palancar, and some of the other reefs in the area, but still a very worthwhile reef to dive. We visited in January and was told that the weather is less cooperative during this time of year, and that because of the rougher... 更多
we watch a huge lobster jump from the top of the reef onto the sandy bottom. We discovered 2 beautiful octupus - iridescent. There were huge king crabs, toad fish, rays, flounders and baby crabs. We turned off our flashlights to observe the phosphorescent. Water temp 82 degrees. We were fine with 3 mil, boots and gloves.
Around 40 feet. Colorful coral reefs down there surrounded by marine lives. The water was nice and calm which made it look almost like an aquarium. Would recommend.
Was worried because this was dang near an shore dive. Did a night dive here and it was by far our favorite dive ever. Lots of night critters and the current was easy and dive wonderful. I would dive this place every night if I could have. Loved it. Being close to the marina was also a bonus in that... 更多
We dove this reef twice at night. Unfortunately it was in proximity to a full moon, so they were fewer in number, but there was still an octopus here and there. Plenty of large crabs and lobsters, a toad fish, eels and more. Only downside is that there are so many groups on the reef at once that it is... 更多
