Casa de los Azulejos - you can just stroll though the house, it is a department store now. but in the middle it hosts a great traditional restaurant, agree, it is touritic, but it is unique and woth stopping for lunch
This is one of the most emblematic buildings in downtown. Inside you will discover a restaurant/srore that is part of the mexican culture, a very nice place to explore.
AMAZING food and extremely affordable for what it is! Must stop at this place. We found out this was the very first Samborns in the entire country. An absolute must!

The tiles are definitely pretty but its probably not worth stopping to eat inside. Just go through the store and restaurant to see it. Pay a couple pesos to use clean nice bathrooms if you like
I believe Trip Advisor needs to integrate these reviews under one heading. It is confusing for those attempting to review and for those looking for reviews to have them separated under different headings. I wrote a complete review, but it is listed under Sanborn's Casa de los Azulejos.
