I had never heard of this place before, and after visiting I can't believe it's not better known! We visited on a rainy day, which was lovely for us as it was fairly quiet... The owls were beautiful, really fascinating creatures, with useful and interesting facts in front of each enclosure. Although the owls are behind mesh, you are able... 更多
I have always been fascinated by owls and was in the area so decided to check it out. This place is like an owl rescue and that most of their owls are rescued from the pet trade or being nursed back to health. They have skme that they are holding while another preserve is being built. They have hawks as... 更多
Such an amazing experience to see the owls today, its such an obsession of mine for years now and it was just surreal to be able to be up close and hold one! For a place thats a non profit organisation its so well run, so much information I got today on owls that I never knew, great experience for... 更多
Our 7 year old had a project to do on owls over half term, by luck we were going to be driving close to the world of owls - boy are we glad we stopped in. Mike is so passionate about the birds and he took the time out to talk our daughter through all the facts she needed and... 更多
After stumbling across this attraction, we are so pleased to have found it. The birds are happy, clearly well looked after and the staff are extremely friendly and very informative. We saw owls there that we didnt know existed along with eagles. We also had the pleasure of seeing the snowy owls sat on eggs. Would happily go back.
There were so many different types of owls to see and it was clear that they were all very well taken care of, there was also evidence that they were making improvements to the enclosures as well so it's lovely to know they are eager to keep them in good conditions. The leaflet and plaques at each stop were informative... 更多
Me and my older sister took our younger sister here for her birthday! She adores owls! We got the Owl Experience package and it was more than we ever could of asked for. Nicole was delighted and the staff are the nicest, friendliest people ever. Can not praise them highly enough. Thanks for everything and we will 100% be back!
Well we just had to go back as many new birds have been added and boy was it better than the last great visit. Our grandchildren loved every minute as the photos and vide show. The volunteers may be young but they are Kind, Happy & Helpful making our time there enjoyable. We even had a little picnic in the... 更多
We took our daughter to The World of Owls recently and had a lovely day. We were lucky to get the chance to see a couple of the birds being flew for exercise.... 更多
The World of Owls is a great place for all the family with very friendly staff always there to answer all questions you may have. They have a small play park for the kids and picnic seats so why not bring one and come and visit and see some of these amazing Birds Of Prey and if your lucky like... 更多
This is a good day out but only takes about an hour to get round, the volunteer staff were friendly and keen to answer all our questions about the different birds. Entry price is good value as it goes to the upkeep of the rescue birds. Very easy to find and in tranquil surroundings of the forest.
We visited the World of Owls yesterday and were really impressed. It is a genuine charity taking in injured or unwanted animals and they work very hard to educate children and adults about the harm that people can do to wild animals when they keep them as pets and can't look after them. The staff were really friendly and chatty... 更多

He has no interest in Belfast zoo he keeps wanting to head to randlestown. We had a great day and just for my son's curiosity could you tell me if... 更多
